S&W Welcomes Tom Lewin as Partner to Lead New Financial Services Deal Advisory Arm

S&W, a leading UK professional services group, has appointed Tom Lewin as a partner within its expanding advisory team. He will spearhead the launch of a dedicated financial services deal advisory division, enhancing the firm’s existing corporate finance capabilities.

Tom joins from Investec Bank plc, where he served as a Managing Director and founded their financial services and fintech M&A practice. With over two decades of experience in financial services, Tom brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, spanning both public and private transactions, strategic advisory, restructurings, IPOs, rights issues, and hybrid capital issuance.

Throughout his career, Tom has worked with both public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, across the financial services landscape and adjacent sectors. His focus has been particularly centred on high-growth and tech-enabled businesses.
