Dick Exec Heads Foot Locker, Depop Exec Returns to Etsy

Ethical luxury label Stella McCartney has named Tom Mendenhall as chief executive officer, WWD, Sourcing Journal’s sister publication, reported. Mendenhall formerly served as brand president of Polo and Double RL at Ralph Lauren and spent more than 18 years working with Tom Ford and Domenico De Sole as executive vice president, chief operating officer at Tom Ford, as well as worldwide director of merchandising at Gucci.

British fashion e-retailer Asos has named Ben Blake as executive vice president, customer and commercial. In this newly-created role, Blake will report directly to José Antonio Ramos and lead global commercial and trading, customer, Asos Media Group (AMG) and customer care. He brings extensive experience across digital and consumer brands, spanning performance marketing, brand strategy, product innovation, pricing, partnerships and trading. Blake joins from World of Books, where he served as chief commercial officer, and previously held senior global roles at Expedia Group.

Discount variety chain Dollar Tree has promoted Brent Beebe to the chief merchandising officer role, effective April 2026. He will succeed Rick McNeely, who is retiring next spring after working at the company since 2008. Beebe joined Dollar Tree in 2020 and currently serves as senior vice president of merchandising and marketing. He will join the executive leadership team and partner with McNeely for the next eight months to ensure a smooth transition.

Sporting goods retailer and new parent of Foot Locker, Dick’s Sporting Goods, shared an updated leadership ledger. Executive chairman Ed Stack will lead the global Foot Locker businesses with two presidents—one for North America, one for international. Former Nike executive Ann Freeman joins as president of Foot Lock North America; appointing a president of international for Foot Locker is to come, though Dick’s announced a slew of Foot Locker leadership updates as well.

Peter Scaturro was named senior vice president, chief financial officer, Foot Locker North America. Scaturro most recently served as SVP of strategic planning and growth for Foot Locker, previously holding several leadership roles across corporate finance, strategy and customer service at the company.
